Is there a fee for an initial consultation?

Over the phone consultations for 15 minutes are free.  In office consultations are $125 for the first 30 minutes, however, this amount could be deducted towards your final bill if our office is retained by you.

Do I have to wait for an appointment if my case involves a detained person?

Do not wait.  Contact us immediately.  Situations that require immediate attention will be prioritized by our office.

 

Should I contact you right away or wait for your office to schedule an appointment date for me if I have a court hearing scheduled?

Do the attorneys speak any other language besides English?

 Yes, we speak Turkish and Kurdish (Kurmanji and Sorani).  We can also arrange for accommodations for Chinese,Spanish,Ukrainian,Polish, Arabic, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, and Russian speaking clients.

 

If a lawyer turns down my case, should I get a second opinion?

Yes, definitely contact us to discuss the details of your case.  We may be able to offer solutions that other attorney’s have not.

 

Do you have payment plans?

Yes. We maybe able to accommodate a payment plan meets your needs. We accept cash, credit card, money order, and cashiers check.

Are you open on the weekends?

No, our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are closed on the weekends and all federal Holidays.
